As an Economics graduate, I am passionate about bringing data and stories from the intersections of our society's fabric that fall through routine inquiries and applying my knowledge and skills to contribute to social and economic development. I very recently completed a short-term course to enhance my proficiency in R, a powerful tool for data analysis and visualization.I have gained valuable experience in conducting surveys, reporting and refining survey instruments, and collaborating with fellow students and faculty members as an enumerator and research intern. I have assisted a Ph.D. candidate in her thesis on street vending in urban India. Through these projects, I have developed strong writing and people skills as well as a keen interest in exploring the complex and dynamic issues that affect society. Additionally, I have honed my leadership and communication skills through my involvement in the Debating Society and the Campus Placement Cell of the college, where I served as the treasurer and the assistant secretary respectively.
