Directing and coordinating more than 20+ trades on residential and commercial projects across Perth for PTG, I held responsibility for highly diverse initiatives valued up to $1.5M.Providing cross-functional leadership, my areas of focus included budget management, scheduling, purchasing, contract negotiations, quality control, change management, HSE, performance management, KPIs, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.The complex scope of the projects required close oversight and I worked diligently to evaluate construction quality, monitor KPIs, and maintain necessary compliance documentation.During my tenure in this demanding role, I successfully completed 22 residential and commercial projects. Leveraging earlier experiences in business ownership and land sales, I co-founded a commercial property development, residential construction, and engineering company with 3 partners.At Hyqualty Group, we worked in both Residential and Commercial construction, providing a full range of services from ground-up construction to remodelling, buildouts, and make-ready projects. As the Founder/Owner and Manager, I held full P&L responsibility and led bid and proposal development, budgeting, subcontractor sourcing and selection, inventory control, project management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. I ensured the quality and timeliness of projects, working closely with clients, crew, and subcontractors throughout the construction process. I cultivated and built a strong referral network within the Chinese community and local government that served to propel business goals. The impact of the pandemic however significantly impacted future business development and I went on to partner with PTG Construction and Development – successfully managing multiple residential and commercial projects.

Dedicated to organising memorable holidays for international tourists throughout Western Australia, I established Ausma Commercial Group while still employed full-time. I led the activities of Ausma Commercial Group from inception, growing our reach and service expansion to assist more than 2,000 tourists each year. The success of the organisation was enabled by multiple partnerships I forged with Chinese government, prominent business groups, and investors. I managed all executive affairs and recruited bus driver and tour guide to meet guest needs. In 2018, I embedded new leadership into the organisation and with travel restrictions easing the company can continue to thrive.
