In my current position as Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Office of the General Counsel, Civil Rights, Labor and Employment Law Division, I provide guidance and counsel to a broad range of agencies within USDA related to the equal employment rights of its employees. I am a highly motivated and accomplished attorney with over eight years of employment and labor law experience serving organizations across multiple settings including federal and local government environments. In my work I provide expert knowledge of labor relations, collective bargaining, equal employment, and civil rights issues. I have expertise advising clients on legal developments, Executive Orders, and Supreme Court opinions that affect federal agencies. my work also involves training federal employees on civil rights, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
