Change Management (Strategy & Capacity Building): Designed the Change Management and Continuous Improvement plans to implement a 5-year transition to a school-wide Dual Language Education Program. Lead the Leadership Capacity Building sessions for 3 school leaders resulting in the ongoing implementation of a K-1 Dual Language Program being piloted on behalf of the Paterson Public Schools District, which will inform the development of Dual Language Programs district-wide. Business Operations (Program Management & Accounts Receivable): Manage the end-to-end program implementation cycle including planning, scheduling, and delivering all program activities. Create and manage a knowledge management infrastructure to house all partner learning and foundational documents. Manage the successful processing of all accounts receivable while adhering to all the vendor compliance standards established by local public purchasing protocols.

Full-cycle Learning Design & Implementation: Design and deliver the Leadership Development and Student Support pre-service (Summer Leadership Immersion Week), in-service (Bi-weekly Training Sessions), and post-service (EOY Leadership Retreat) Learning &Development programming for 20+ College-aged paid Mentors tasked with closing the school attendance gap of unhoused students. As a result of their preparation, 100% of current mentors have shown growth in their stated confidence in program knowledge, capacity, logistics, and community-building skills. Project Management (Data Infrastructure Design and Implementation): Redesigned the mentor reporting data infrastructure in order to improve KPI alignment with the program’s value proposition. Employed advanced spreadsheet formulas and automation tools to increase data collection efficiency. Aggregated, cleaned, organized, and analyzed the previous year’s mentor impact data in order to draw actionable insights that were presented to key project stakeholders to secure program funding.

Fellow Training & Development: Designed and implemented 3 years of leadership development training for 90 novice educators across 40 schools, employing a variety of coaching and training frameworks such as Change Management Coaching, Anti-Racist Pedagogy, Student-Centered Coaching, and Transformative Coaching. Achieved highest growth regional rating for “I feel supported by my leadership coach” at 100%. Averaged a coaching efficacy score of 95%. Institutional Partnership Management & Consulting: Partnered with 50+ school leaders to streamline in-service teacher support earning a 90% partnership value-add rate. Oversaw the implementation of 3 new teacher-hiring campaigns that yielded 28 new educators joining severely understaffed schools during the global pandemic. Consulted school leaders in instituting continuous improvement practices to increase teacher retention and satisfaction, leading to a 40% increase in the average quality score for selected partner ratings, as well as the development of new use cases for evaluating partnership quality and partner retention practices. Strategic Planning & Facilitation: Designed and facilitated learning for the 30+ regional staff members to gather actionable insights from large sets of teacher support data collected through our national surveys on a quarterly basis. Facilitated Teaching for Educational Equity (TEE) sessions for 60+ novice educators, centering the practices of Anti-racist Pedagogy and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the classroom. Session participants rated my facilitation at an average of 4.5 out of 5 in the domains of content delivery, creating a safe space for risk-taking, and facilitator’s ability to include and honor all voices.Project Management: Designed and implemented cohort data infrastructure using advanced spreadsheet formulas to aggregate, organize, and visualize cohort and participant information to maximize the efficacy of decision-making and to inform strategic changes.

Project Management (Individual Giving): Led Teach for Chile’s alumni individual giving campaigns resulting in over 60% increase in recurring donors. Supported Teach for Chile’s CEO in the payment processing of US$80,000 in donations from high net-worth individuals resulting in a 95% successful collection of donations committed. Program Management (Institutional Partnership Implementation): Led the implementation of program activities with 2 national partners and 1 global partner to extend the impact of their donation by creating tangible employment and learning opportunities for students and participants of the Teach for Chile program. Successful programmatic completion resulted in a yearly 100% rate of partnership renewal, and a donation upgrade of US$10,000.

Curriculum Design: Analyze and manage student data to guide student progress that led students to over a 40% growth on the state writing assessment with the school’s highest percentage of students scoring on grade level (65%).
