(1) Coordination with customers, EPx regulatory team, brokers & EPx customs clearance team for importation and releasing inbound shipments from airports. (2) Managing Inbound, outbound, returns & Destruction processes including Receiving, preparation, Inventory, Reconciliation, passive systems assembly, coordination with transportation team& sites during delivery, configuration & reading data loggers.(3) Update customers by email & update ERP systems.(4) Communication with data entry team for handling all relevant processes on JDE system, then double check and final confirmation on put away and shipping.(5) Managing CT operation team of shipping and receiving(6) Attending EDA inspectors visit.(7) Communicating the monthly KPI’s (If any).(8) Communicating daily emails and provides the customers with required reports.(9) Solving inventory problems, Manage and solve conflicts with clients, Achieving the monthly KPIs % for the clients, Conducting monthly inventory&Master data creation for CT medications & sites.(10) Service entry, reporting daily approved services to the site leader on weekly or monthly basis.(11) Attending outdoor Assembly process in sites ( If any ), Q.A. performance & reporting and execution of any relevant work tasks required by site leader as a cross-competency objective of the company.
