Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database· Construct data accumulation systems through ERP· Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)· Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)· Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies· Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)· Analyze and report profit margins· Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts· Assisting in month-end and year-end closing· Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions

Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.· Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.· Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.· Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.· Evaluate current methods and processes inclusive of upgradation of process development.· Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closureaccounts.· Audit financial transactions and documents
