Management Consultant
Current• Conduct assessments and document current state process and identify gaps between business requirements and current state capabilities during workshop sessions with business users• Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders • Develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, and testing • Support the establishment of future policies, procedures, and standards for merger and acquisition as well as organizational change management projects • Develop project delivery status and reporting for leadership• Support business development, commercial opportunities, and go-to-market strategy planning
