Center of Empowerment is a social enterprise in Ethiopia that focuses on youth empowerment projects and community education projects. our vision to become the most productive and engaged members of their communities and to play an effective role in the development.we belive that every young person has the potential to make a difference in the world, and we are committed to providing them with the skills and resources they need to succeed. we offer a variety of programs and services including soft skill training, Employability skill training, Youth Networking event, Educational support, Leadership training and so onwe believe that by empowering youth we creat a more just and prosperous society for all. we are commited to working with young people to build a better future for Ethiopia .

Ministry of peace designed National voluntary community service program to train and deploy young Ethiopian volunteers to community service program. I worked as a training coordinator and co trainer for National youth volunteers program. i wad responsible for designing and delivering training programs for young people on a variety of topics such as life skills, entrepreneurship and employability skill, community service, leadership skills . I also worked with the youth after they were deployed to subcities, providing monitoring and evaluation and coordination support.
