Main duties: Construction Phase:- Daily permit to work check with attachment for every new activity ad toolbox talk monitoring with construction supervisors.-Attend to the weekly walk-throw meeting with contractor and sub-contractors.- Monitoring Monthly inspections with the sub-contractors of (power tools, hand tools, mobile equipment, and color coding system).-Daily mobile equipment checklist verification with operators.- Daily site check for unsafe act / conditions.- Incident/ Accident reporting, and ensuring the corrective actions are tracked and closed out in an efficient and timely manner.- Monitoring weekly inspection of scaffolding platforms with scaffolding inspector.- Daily PPE check.- prepare daily report, and SCAR (safety corrective action report).-Gas tester monitoring for confined space with standby man.Commissioning Phase:-Check the necessary safety requirements to all the commissioning activities such as:-Hydro-test, Pneumatic test, air blowing, water flushing, chemical cleaning. *PTW commissioning with attached files.*Commissioning training induction with commissioning ID badge delivery. *Barricade type and respected distance and required ear protectors.*Required safety items (Proper PPE for chemical operations and MSDS for chemical substances).-LOCKOUT/TAGOUT (isolation, De-isolation) system monitoring.-Firefighting system with detectors and emergency evacuation plan check.
