I engage with all suppliers of these services, always seeking to find engaging and value for money options to provide to clients. I then prepare detailed proposals that incorporate all crucial information. Once the proposals have been accepted, my role move on to planning and scheduling travels and/or events, collaborating with clients to coordinate all critical activities while also dealing with any issues and providing 24/7 support and assistance, as necessary.
