APA Sports and Exercise Titled Physiotherapist, level one ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach and accredited Pilates Instructor with over 20 years experience. I have a special interest in lumbopelvic, hip and lower limb injuries. I have training in muscle energy technique, soft tissue techniques, lower limb biomechanics, pelvic floor weakness and motor control. I incorporate simple strategies and exercise into management plans to help clients achieve their goals and prevent future injuries or exacerbations. I have a good network of medical and allied health professionals to take a multidisciplinary approach to difficult problems. I have worked with the NSW institute of sport, Australian Olympic team in quarantine after Toyko Olympics, Australian Athlete team in Ocesnic championships, Australian women’s water polo, NSW netball, Newcastle Knights as a consultant, NSW and Hornsby gymnastics, local soccer, national judo, masters triathlons, NSW swimmers and Hornsby Spiders basketball. Personally I play middle aged ladies soccer, regularly run in park run and compete in distance trail runs.
