Senior Director - Enterprise Planning Management Office
CurrentI was promoted to this newly created role to lead a cross-functional team comprising a PMO manager, portfolio analysts, FP&A director, HRBPs, program and project managers, and a director of program management. In this role, I oversee investment portfolio governance from three angles, including understanding of project scope, creating standard operating procedures and business cases for project teams to work directly with FP&A for resource allocation and cost-benefits analysis, and developing executive reports to provide status and financial updates for Board members. Some accomplishments include:▪ Replicating success in the IT department across the entire enterprise. Establishing and expanding the PMO from the ground up to include creating a portfolio, capacity planning, FP&A, cost-benefit analysis, business case review, and establishing an enterprise architecture budget in alignment with corporate mission, vision, and strategy.▪ Increasing market share by improving value proposition to win more customers and provide easier access to products.▪ Simplifying the business model to lower gross expenses, resulting in outperforming price position.▪ Significantly improving ROI by reducing spend across $30M in governed initiatives that delivered better cost-benefit outcomes.
