The Solutions Architect works directly with clients and internal business partners as a Subject Matter Expert and process analyst for the integration of the Resolution1 EndpointThe Solutions Architect builds rapport and develops relationships with internal and external partners, manages client expectations, utilizes strong analysis skills to manage activities. Other responsibilities include providing pre-sales support, recommending, and driving process improvement opportunities within the Integration team.The responsibilities of the Solutions Architect position include but are not limited to:• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, workflow analysis and develop recommendations based on experience gathered from past client engagements.• Perform Proof of Concepts with potential clients and other pre-sales activities.• Identify and make recommendations to improve upon existing internal procedures and methodologies.• Have a strong working knowledge of computer networking, operating systems and programming languages.• Proactively share product, process and client information discovered during projects to team.• Work with clients to define gaps between their requirements and Resolution1 functionality.• Work with the product development team to translate client requirements into solution design• Provide System Administration and end-user Functional Training and knowledge transfer.

The Sr. Solution Integration Engineer works directly with clients and internal business partners as a Subject Matter Expert and process analyst for the integration of the Resolution1 Cyber Security and eDiscovery Platform. The Sr. Solution Integration Engineer builds rapport and develops relationships with internal and external partners, manages client expectations, utilizes strong analysis skills to manage activities and ensure targeted completion dates are achieved. Other responsibilities include providing pre-sales support, recommending, and driving process improvement opportunities within the Integration team. The Sr. Solution Integration Engineer provides training during the onboarding of new associates, serves as a mentor, product expert and escalation contact. The responsibilities of the Sr. Solution Integration Engineer position include but are not limited to:• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, workflow analysis and develop recommendations based on experience gathered from past client engagements.• Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to support teams.• Identify and make recommendations to improve upon existing internal procedures and methodologies.• Ability to support top-tier clients on complex projects by integrating Resolution1 solutions into existing client workflows. • Have a strong working knowledge of computer networking, operating systems and programming languages.• Proactively share product, process and client information discovered during projects to team.• Assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing product and process training• Work with clients to define gaps between their requirements and Resolution1 functionality.• Work with the product development team to translate client requirements into solution design• Provide System Administration and end-user Functional Training and knowledge transfer.
