Ms. Lightner is a property owner, manager, attorney and real estate broker with 30 plus years-expertise in residential and commercial property management and development. Ms. Lightner has actively donated time and money to her community by serving as a Trustee for the Fort Mason Center, donating to local art programs, and serving as a mediator and arbitrator for the local Bar Association Fee Dispute program.
