I have worked to create a nurturing, supportive environment for two young children, including transportation to various activities and assisting with potty training, meals, and cleaning.

I create and upload weekly social media posts, update the website as needed, create sale email campaigns, and complete other duties as assigned.

In addition to my responsibilities as an Admissions Counselor, as a Senior Counselor, I coordinated all office travel (including registering for college fairs and ensuring payment was made when required as well as answering counselor questions about which travel locations would be most strategic for the University). I took turns with the other counselors giving short presentations to Admissions Office visitors before their tours. I also maintained a strong connection between the Admissions office and President’s office. Finally, I managed group tours (larger groups that wanted to visit the University).

As an Admissions Counselor, I visited high schools and attended college fairs to introduce students to the University. I also read applications, helped host Open Houses and other campus events, and answered prospective student and parent questions in person and via email. I analyzed prior visit and application data to strategically plan fall and spring travel. Lastly, I was part of the hiring committee for new counselors.

Cared for two young children. Prepared meals, read aloud, changed diapers, put to bed, washed dishes, did laundry, transported to various locations, and stayed with children overnight when parents were away.

Assisted professor in Horses & Healing First Year Seminar. Led a group of students in barn and horse maintenance, assisted with horse lessons for the disabled.
