- Supporting Apple Hardware & Software Including Macs, iPads, iPhones- Supporting Lenovo laptop Hardware & Software / Windows 7- Install, configure & maintain Mac, PC, peripherals (local and network printers, scanners), and other end user equipment such as Cisco VOIP phones, cell phones, iPhones and iPads- Experience with CISCO & Crestron AV Solutions- Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer and operating problems- Consulting and instructing users on hardware and software questions/issues- Collaborating with IS Support Center and Network teams- Install, maintain and upgrade equipment and its associated infrastructure- Runs diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and make recommendations for potential solutions- Operating Systems Windows (7, 8.x, 10), OSX (10.9, 10.10, 10.11)- Adobe Creative Cloud Support in an Agency environment- Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, 365 (Windows and Mac) software- Mac imaging solutions (JAMF Casper) and the ability to create Mac images from scratch- Extensive experience with Remote Support technologies such as Remote Desktop (Microsoft), Apple Remote Desktop, VNC, Casper Remote- Experience with enterprise wide rollouts of new operating systems and software- Hands on experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner following SLA's- Respond to telephone calls, email and dispatched requests for technical support- Currently working towards my Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification
