Was responsible for running the marketing research department of a major advertising and public relations agency in Washington, DC. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative marketing research studies and founded and oversaw the agency's first Information Center to assist account teams and creatives when servicing existing clients and pitching new business. Also responsible for responding to Requests for Proposal from the Federal Government for large, multiple year public education campaigns.
