Over the course of my 20-year career, I’ve worked for companies such as Nordstrom, General Dynamics, Edward Jones, and Microsoft. In May 2023, I took on a Worklplace Experience Manager role at Simpli to help Beacon Capital Partners improve tenant engagement, leasing, and retention at two of their Class-A office buildings in Seattle, WA.Since joining Simpli, the most rewarding part has been the tenant and stakeholder relationships I've fostered, followed closely by the diverse vendor portfolio I manage.My approach to employee experience is largely inspired by my passion for positive and inclusive workplace culture, which you’ll find reflected in my 93% improvement in employee engagement using data analysis for the strategic planning of event marketing content and communications, plus a 73% increase in minority-owned small-business collaboration using successful vendor negotiation for budgeting in addition to my natural interpersonal skills. While I'm able to utilize my extensive background already, I am in the process of obtaining my Event Planning Specialist Certification along with my HR Associate Professional Certification before the CMP and PHR to expand and solidify my knowledge and opportunity in the fields.
