 Directly lead 5 person’s Corporate Group Staffing Team, fully responsible for executing whole Group’s Talent Acquisition Strategy and Recruitment Policy to meet the needs of Corporate Development Strategy. Besides, functionally lead about 5-6 staffing members who underlined within Business Units on recruitment HC management, budget management, recruitment channel management, recruiting report statistics, recruitment project management（Employer Banding, Key talent pool building, Internal referral）and etc.

Recruitment Management related: As APAC&CN Regional Vendor Manager, fully responsible for managing and driving Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project 's excuation within 9 (1st year)-12(2nd year) countries in APAC & CN Region to meet business hiring needs. Functionally manage 11 RPO onsite Team leader & Recruiters in 12 countries from Vendor Manpower to support about 4000 HCs’ business operation within APAC & CN region.  Work with internal Global Vendor Manager to provide recruitment HC forecast input, share regional level of escalation for Business, advise recruitment process optimization and change input. Immigration & Mobility related: As I&M expert, support all China BJ expats’ I&M related tasks, such as all kinds of visa and permit related apply, renew and cancel, house searching, rent, rental payment, Chinese learning arangement and payment, shipment related arrangement and payment, all kinds local invitation letters handling for all expats from whole Global area Fully responsible for new expats’ onboarding training and daily consultation during staying in China Fully responsible all expats’ contract and p-file management, demission check out management Fully responsible expats’ benefit’s enrollment, using consultation and termination, such as health care plan, local social insurance, group corporate benefit plan, special commercial insurance plan

 Assistanted new joined China Talent Acquisition Director build up a new National Recruitment Team. Been assigned to Group Headquarter in Denmark for Global Recruitment system( Taleo) go-live training and testing, then back for local implementation and user training by workshops. Responsible for end-to-end Rescuitment related support for full R&D Center, Control BU, Tower BU, part of Sales BU, TianJin & XuZhou factory.

Recruiting and onboarding related: Independently responsible for China R&D Center setup hiring and new employee onboarding; Run China R&D Center Summer Intern Project; Provide support for Global MT Program Manager on China Hub. Provide consultation to Hiring Manager and colleagues regarding hiring related issues, such as Recruiting policy, Internal Transfer Application, Internal Referral, and so on. Training related: Run New Employee 1st day classroom training  As Global Learning Solution team's facilitator in China, responsible for NEO E-learning Celebration Workshop  Coordinate Global Learning Solution team’s training activity when running Training Programs in China Run special training program for Local Business Managers and employees.Employee Relationship related: Assistant batch employee transaction and people engagement within China R&D Center  Responsible for new employee onboarding procedure handling and p-file creating, assistant employee demission check out procedure handling Assistant China R&D Center 1st year Anniversary Celebration and etc. Assistant employee layoff activity due to organization change.

First joined in as HR Director Assistant (Generalist role);Then transfer to Recruitment Center COE team for recruitment channel management, recruitment data anaylsis and team performance review, oversea needs hiring;Then transfer to MS BU for end-to- end recruitment hiring, where mainly providing hiring support for Microsoft China, Microsoft China, Microsoft Aisa Research, also provide partly hiring support for other client, such as IBM,HP, Qualcomm,and etc.

First worked as Team Assisstant in R&D team, mainly focus on team business travel and meeting arrangement, reimbursement handling, team training needs survey and learning recording, team building organize, team work time E-Timesheet registration, team Intern monthly salary caculation, and etc. Then worked as HR Assisstant in Corporate HR SSC department to provide support for Payroll slip distribution, C&B on employee’s Social Insurance and House Found related material collection and information input into system, local, local+ and expates employee file filing, data checking for Project Tax Calculation team, Service Hotline handling, and etc.
