Joining experience allowed me to focus my Talent Sourcing Skills around JavaScript recruiting. During my period in the company, I gained a lot of knowledge about working with JavaScript Developers, and I managed to recruit 10+ new team members.

I gained new responsibilities and a team of three new junior recruiters to work with by being promoted. Together with my team, we successfully created a new recruitment process and helped 15 burned developers to enjoy life by changing their job and starting working for our company.

That was my first touch with the full power of the tech world and how important it is to find the right person for the correct position. With my help, our company succeeds in creating a new team of 20 developers and an entire recruitment pipeline with new salesforce developers.

In some eyes, this may be a small step, but it was a huge step that helped me learn how to do the whole recruitment and human process in our local office. I prepared more than 10 recruitment events, interviewed over 30 candidates, and implemented new recruitment channels during this period.

After graduating from college, Sitel allowed me to put into practice everything that I had learned. I prepared personal reports there, and I learned how to conduct interviews, choose suitable candidates, and recruit 5 candidates.
