I have been working in different industries for 10 years now. I have worked in BPO for 5 years handling inbound calls in a Telecommunication company. I made sure to keep the customer account in good standing and pay their bill on time. I also had to resolve the customer's concern accordingly and go the extra mile to make the customer feel valued and satisfied. I've also worked remotely as a customer support in a junk removal company wherein I have to provide an accurate quote depending on the item. I handled tickets, chats, and phone calls simultaneously. And in addition, I have worked as well as a Virtual assistant in a company wherein I have to handle tickets via the helpdesk and check info via Freshsales. Having said that, I have experienced using different kinds of CRM tools. (Cisco, GHL, Helpdesk, Slack, RingCentral, Kustomer, Front, Intercom, Airtable).
