I am not an average college student. I love art and design, adventure, cooking, and productivity. I became an entrepreneur and philanthropist at the age of 15 when I started a business and began donating 10% of my monthly sales to charities in my community. Through my business, MDough Cookie Co, I learned several aspects of running a business including cost and sales analysis, inventory control, marketing, website management and online sales all while I was in school. I graduated with a 4.0. I excel in communication and customer service. I am an extremely organized, determined and task oriented person! I am very hardworking and will do whatever it takes to get a job done on time. I think my greatest strength is my creativity. I have learned to come up with different ways to solve problems and figure out which path will achieve the desired outcome. I am a meticulous planner, and I excel at time management and a thorough attention to detail. In addition to running my business, I worked as a marketing intern for Merridan Home Furnishings and picked up creative jobs on the side. I created various graphic designs chosen for t-shirts, such as the SMU real estate club and my high school. I hand painted and sold denim jackets, jewelry, and flower boutonnières. My ideas as a creative entrepreneur never stop evolving. I am quiet by nature, but I can be assertive when necessary. I am not afraid to speak my mind when confronted with a situation when I believe my input will make a positive difference. I am a fast learner, and I will be a loyal employee and an asset to any company!
