• Develop detailed project plans and execute projects on time, in scope and budget that support retail goals and improve operational capability.
• Develops and controls the annual department budget to ensure that it’s consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise, and is within plan.
• Works with IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance, to prioritise resources including budget. Works with key stakeholders to measure and prioritize technical needs.
• Operates a formal governance mechanism to establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by the team. Supports periodic reviews by audit & compliance teams as required.
• Improve automation system resilience by executing strategies that enhance reliability, tolerability and disaster recovery readiness.
