In addition to my previous role and responsibilities;• Reporting of competitor(COMPSET) analysis,• Execution of corporate sales budget (Room Night, ADR, Total Revenue) and target analysis,• Account Management,• Create corporate sales proposals,• Sales Call planning and frequent site visits,• RFP Management, joint strategy execution with global sales, • Follow-up of accounts managing,• Preperation of performance reports,• Developing new corporate strategies and executing projects.

In addition to my previous role and responsibilities;• Maximizing customer experience and customer awareness,• Increasing operational excellence,• Setting operational standards of the big brand from Plaza Premium Group (PPL) and controlling during this process,• Managing food and beverage and operational costs and undertaking production planning duties,• Fully authorized for event organizations and new cost center openings (AeroBar).
