I am responsible for Smart Factory & Advance Analytics Team Leader at ZF Group, a global leader in driveline and chassis technology. I have over ten years of experience in process, process-quality, method engineering and management, with a post-graduation degree in Global Production Engineering Management from Politechnika Warszawska.My core competencies include leading internal teams to improve plant KPIs using 6 Sigma tools(Black Belt), coordinating PFMEA and RFMEA audits, and solving complex customer complaints. I also have strong machine learning skills, which I apply to develop and implement algorithms for image processing and trend analysis in Python. One of my recent achievements was creating a system for abnormal noise detection for shock absorbers, which achieved 100% NVH measurement at the production line. I aim to leverage my analytical and technical expertise to enhance the quality and efficiency of ZF Group's products and processes.
