Takes all reasonable measures to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.· Executing franchise agreements, subcontractor negotiations, supporting senior management for the decision to invest for existing outlets, supporting process improvements of existing terminals and new investments.· Following the KPIs of newly made investments for the first 3 years.

Apart from other regular tenders, there was an acquisition process and transfer of the employees from another company within the scope of the project.· Entered Riga Airport with 6 locations, coordinated all contract negotiations, financial calculations, approval process. · Coordinated openings of BP, Turkey gas stations as a 3 locations trial project with company own brand. · Participated in New Muscat International Airport food and beverage tender for 6088 square meters 30 stores. In charge of bidding process including the financial offer and the book design.
