Studied International Trade & Business in Zonguldak Karaelmas University. After that started working in FMS Group as a field operation personal in RoRo/RoPaX section in Haydarpaşa Port, during this period I handled ground operations for both import side and export sides, controlling transit declarations, handling customs clearance and red line inspections were part of my job. After Ukranian war started, company switched to container business and assigned as office personal in Derince office as a part of container ship team. During that period, I handled customs procedures for the ship in summary declaration wise, transit documents and handed delivery orders to the customers.After the shipping company ended their route from Derince port, company shifted me back to Haydarpaşa port for Truck business and container operations. During this time company established their Ambarlı port team and I started as an office personal on operations sections. My work in operations sections were to get all the files from the client, track the shipment create inputs in shared excel documents and start the delivery order process. Once the delivery order taken depending on the customers either get exit booking for the goods from the agencies or get booking details from customer to ensure the field team has proper knowledge related to the operation. Writing forms to the filed team for transshipping of the goods from one container to another.After few months I become Chief of Operations with extra members to my office team. Dividing certain processes to them, my responsibilities shifted more towards customers and finance. While overseeing the operations is base of my responsibilities, handling customer requests and invoces also become one of my main responsibilities.
