Responsibilities with being lead engineer:- Custom program development with ABAP- Custom web application development with SAP UI5- Large Scale(>100 Man-Day) Project Management - Responsible for additional SAP FSPER, SAP SAC Modules

- 4 years of domain experience in the areas of SAP FI, SAP HCM and a year of experience in the area of Success Factors succession-performance&goal modules with proficiency in all implementation phases right from requirements gathering and analysis to GO-Live/Production implementation on customer side. - Created flowcharts for the various processes and got it validated from the concerned business process owners.- Work as a team member for supporting the SAP operations in FI, HCM and Success Factors.- Definition of project scope , created and maintained the complex project plans and project documentation.- Customizing/developing of FI and HCM modules for customer needs.- Configuration of user authorizations, roles for FI and HR modules. - Manage major SAP FI and HCM enhancements as a project manager.- Vendor management for big projects.

- Responsible for all Finance & HR Processes and SAP Modules (FI & HR)- Gathering and analyzing customer needs- Documentation of scope and design documents- Testing of every custom program - Support users for testing phase- Give live system support after SAP Evreka go live phase

-System Integration & Order Management Analysis-Software Life Cycle Management, Coordination with Middleware related departments, Order Management using Oracle SOA Suite / EM, in-time and well-prepared documentation and risk analysis-Operational and Testing know-how support about Middleware COM (Customer Order Management, Orchestration&Integration) stream

- Project : SCI-BUS – European Union Incentive Project (“Scientific gateway Based User Support”)- Scope: Design & develop business process simulation tool- Purpose : Create a product by Simsoft & load testing of EU’s cloud platform- Responsibility: Market research for similar tools and determine the scope of the tool
