• Managing the construction finalization works and taking over the project, • Managing the sale and leasing processes of the project in accordance with the targeted profile, • Executing the budgeting works in accordance with the targeted standards of the project, • Creating the appropriate and suitable department and personnel organization in line with the budgeting works, • Selecting the subcontractors to be appointed and managing all contract processes, • Setting the procedures to be implemented in the opening process of the building and checking the details about the procedures created by the departments,• Setting and checking the standards for all written documentation to be used in the project, • Inspecting the continuity of the planned maintenance and repair activities, • Checking the general consumptions and taking the necessary precautions in accordance with the relevant energy efficiency laws, • Checking the smooth balance between incomes and costs and taking precautions when and if necessary, • Managing all official procedures and operations of the project and communicating with the public authorities when and if necessary, • Managing the General Assembly processes and presenting reports to the Board of Directors, • Checking all transactions and procedures that must be carried out in accordance with the relevant Property Ownership Law, • Checking the Occupational Health and Safety processes as a representative of the Employer.
