Mertcan AVCI graduated from the Industrial Design Department at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2017. During his education, he took on significant responsibilities in areas such as occupational safety, machine usage systems, material management, and production management during the establishment phase of the Faculty of Architecture Production Laboratory. Starting project development in high school, Mertcan AVCI further distinguished himself by winning regional awards from TÜBİTAK in 2010 and 2011, and securing first place from NASA in 2012. In 2015, he was awarded the Creative Packaging Design prize in the Packaging Design National Student Competition organized by the Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD) for his product design project, Nutpot.Entrepreneurship and innovation are the cornerstones of Mertcan AVCI's career. With a passionate vision for digital transformation and innovative technologies, Mertcan AVCI continues to develop his skills, particularly in Data Strategy Development and the Internet of Things. He aims to integrate these innovations into industrial design processes, focusing on creating user-centered solutions. His commitment to global social impact is reflected in his two-year consultancy for UNICEF on Human-Centered Design for World Girls' Day. During this time, he strengthened his entrepreneurial identity by securing brand and patent registrations across various sectors.Social skills also play a crucial role in Mertcan AVCI's professional life. His ability to communicate effectively and persuade others allows him to lead projects successfully and excel in team collaborations. His empathy and human-centered approach ensure that projects address not only technical but also human aspects.
