• Overseeing the product management & planning, process improvement, strategy and budget of blazer group at Hugo Boss company as the Product Engineer while applying innovative and constructive approaches and quality process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma management to the processes,• Determining the materials to be used for the products that are planned to be developed and designed as well as making cost analysis for the products for approving and following the new material flow,• Carrying out studies to increase quality and reduce costs as well as feasibility, cost and concept studies related to the products in new projects; also, examining similar competitive products in the market in terms of features, technical and cost,• Developing suggestions to protect the environment and the business area when developing products as well as ensuring that the company materials, tools and machines are used appropriately.
