• Creating new modules for the platform; conducting competitor research, creating user stories and wireframes with Sketch, iterating with developers to deliver the module.• User interactions analysis with Mixpanel, finding out where users seem to be having a hard time navigating the platform and coming up with suggestions to remedy that in order to improve user retention and satisfaction as part of a PLG approach.• Gamification of our learning platform with the purpose of creating a progress- reward cycle for first time users during their onboarding to the platform. Created a concept for different modules found in the platform to function as levels in a video game via Mambo.io in order to encourage progress and incite users to keep coming back.• Constantly testing new features and bug fixes, communicating new features to users via support articles, coming up with UI/UX suggestions that improve the overall experience. Creating and tracking issues via GitLab.• Understanding of needs, onboarding, requirement analysis and integration for large, multinational organizations with many and complex requirements. Often requiring new features to be communicated to the engineering team as well as improvising platform features at hand.

A short term position where hands-on experience was gained with manual test case execution and defect logging making use of Jira, Confluence and TestRail.

Helped spread the word about and generate interest in VR in Turkey. Gained experience in VR and AR development, making use of technologies such as Vuforia and Unity.
