• Making design, package, service, critical section proposal and managing BOM from CAS data• Following up the testing and development processes of newly studied lighting products and adapting them to the vehicle.• Coordinated revision studies between BMC Manufacturing and Quality Team• Determination of mirror position and dimensions by adapting to the vehicle in virtual environment together with Vehicle Integration Team in new mirror designs. Subsequent follow-up of new mirror development processes with the guidance of the supplier.• Identifying component requirements of new designs and performing RFI documentation.• Prototype follow-up and implementation of necessary revisions• Performing cost reduction and function development studies in existing designs.• Determination of general requirements in prototype vehicles, selection of prototype-specific production methods (FRP, RTM, Thermoform, etc.) and determining the appropriate connection points for these technologies and product designs.• Determination of production methods (SMC, RRIM, plastic injection, DCPD, thermoform, rotation etc.), product design according to the production method and to the homologation requirements using CATIA v5 and management of design work in consultation with suppliers.Projects and Responsibilities:• Ext.
