Current• Kaizen / Kobetsu kaizen• Drawing the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of the manufactured products and drawing the Value Stream Design (VSD) for the desired state based on the VSMs.• Layout optimization management (Also drawing optimum layouts in Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD programs with lean manufacturing perspective)• Problem solving mindset and continuous improvement (CI) approach• Preparing professional presentations and presenting them to senior management• Monitoring, calculating, and reporting the KPIs of the company• Problem solving methods (PDCA, PPC (Problem Processing Card), QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control), root cause analysis (Fishbone diagram, Pareto, 5 WHYs, Fault Tree Analysis, and 5W1H), and A3 action plan)• Organizing M3 Performance Workshops (on reducing Mura, Muri, and Muda)• Installing of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) called Teeptrak in different production cells on the shop floor• Project Management (Establishing project groups for the medium and long term strategic plans of the plant (Strategy Deployment), creating A3 action plans and tracking those)• Providing 5S internal trainings to colleagues, establishing 5S teams and implementing the methodology on the shopfloors and the offices, as well as conducting 5S audits• Managing the suggestion system for evaluating improvement ideas (CIs) from our technical and administrative colleagues, and implementing these improvement ideas across the shop floors• Professional Mlean MPS user (Head Administrator in Mlean in the Company) & Excellent skills in Microsoft 365 Programs
