I have a Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and I am a certified Full Approved HazMat Expert and holding certifications for ISM Code, Safety Management Systems, Superintendency and Auditing.My core competencies include Maritime Operations, Maritime Security, Maritime Survey, Maritime Consultancy, Maritime Conventions and Codes, Hazardous Materials and ballast water sampling & analysis for D2 Commissioning Tests and VGP. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving shipyard inspections, vessel surveys, hazard assessments, safety audits, compliance reviews with over 250 IHM Surveys with sampling with over 100 IHM Reporting & preparation of inventory for many type of vessels and more than 300 sampling & analysis for IMO BWM Code D2 Commissioning Tests only last year!For more than 15 years, I was in core team or leader for ship management business and for more than last 5 years managing and operating our valued Shipowners’ vessels under my name.
