R&D Bus - Customer Special Requests Management • Support the team, which is responsible for the Customer Special Requests of city and interurban buses.• Management of the serial changes and non-serial customer requests of the entire vehicle both in offer and order phase, coordination within R&D and with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Controlling and Production departments.• In the order phase, job delegation, constant tracking of the quality of the work done within a certain time frame by R&D, further support to the related departments in the production process.• Various system optimization tasks within the department via SAP, Excel and Robotic Process Automation(including data collection, report preparation, task automation, etc.).
