I take an active part in Zorlu Holding’s intrapreneurship and innovation processes and take various responsibilities in the process. I am responsible for the growth of two invest. I am managing the process between these startups and the company. Besides, I continue my previous responsibilities

I am the leader of Vestel Ventures research team which offers solutions to critical problems for VV’s Start-ups and consults them about design, sales, business dev., government incentives, etc. Besides, I take responsibilities as a report-oriented profile on the spin-off projects managed by Zorlu Group. Pursuing comprehensive studies about the projects and preparing projects reports are the main tasks of mine.

As a representative, I carried on research about the new start-ups and contacted the ones that are valuable and complying to the VV. Then, it is followed by preparing a detailed report about the Start-up and submission directly to my manager. During this period, I had an opportunity to research and learn about the disruptive technologies which were quite useful for me.

I worked on the Technical Purchasing and Logistics department in Corendon Airlines. Besides, I have been involved in improving process management. I have made schemas about the processing. I had valuable ideas on purchasing and logistics, and inventory process on airlines

I worked in the maintenance and repair department in Turkish Technic. I had involved that maintenance procedures of narrow-body airplanes. I had witnessed all C type maintenance process of a narrow-body airplane.

Apis is a project team established within the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Istanbul Technical University. Since 2015, APIS has managed to claim significant accomplishments in reputable competitions around the globe with its models that have been produced, participated in model-satellites (Cansat), unmanned aerial vehicles and rocket competitions held worldwide. Few of them are NASA, APSCO, AIAA, etc.My responsibilities: I was both the system engineer and the team leader at APIS. My priority was to establish a sustainable project team. Therefore, I have a major role in establishing a "Co-Learning Atmosphere within APIS". So, it is proud to see that APIS continue to succeed without the founders. Besides, I was responsible for balancing the subsystems, including within and building effective communication between the team and authorities.

I worked as a lifeguard in Virginia, the USA within the Work and Travel Program.

I have teached swimming to 2-7 years old children, improved swimming skills of 7-12 years old children prepared to the race 12-14 years old children.
