Export Sales Director
Current• Manage the whole life cycle of Sunstream® irrigation products (drip irrigation equipments) from strategic planning to operational daily activities• Manage all international B2B sales activities in different regions (such as; Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Greece, Romania, , Israel, Egypt, Algeria, Niger, Brazil, Peru)• According to sales analytics, identify new opportunities and develop new strategies to enter new markets• Develop customer and market segmentation strategies • Determine a profit based pricing policy for each region • Prepare drip irrigation projects for key accounts• Build strong professional relationship with distributors and clients• Follow up competitors based on their products, prices, advantages and disadvantages• Manage all activities as an exhibitor for all national and international irrigation and agricultural exhibitions• Direct a team of six sales engineers: - Take an active role during on-the-job training of new hires and new products’ training - Identify goals of each team member and follow up the achievements - Coach, motivate and give regular feedback to direct reports
