•Responsibility of Packaging, Coated Product Line and Delicatessen Line Departments.•Managing McDonald’s production line and implement all process and quality factors.•Implementing and improving Lean Manufacturing Tools.(OEE, TPM, Kaizen, KPIs, 5S, SMED etc.)•Identification of suitable equipment and machinery for new investments and make the related feasibility studies.•Assessing the production performance of the shifts on a daily basis and planning the appropriate workforce to fulfill the production plan.•Installation of machine line and provision of necessary technical operator trainings.•Accomplishment of monthly production targets and reporting to management.

• Coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence of production factors on the shift.• Computation and improving of line efficiency.• Checking processing conditions and maintaining, improving quality.• Keeping detailed records of the processes and analyse them.• Execution of management systems (quality, energy, environment, hygiene, safety)• Production performance parameters follow-up and execute the achievement of production related KPIs.

• To manage all department of the plant out of office hours.• Controlling of process flow charts. Involved in all of the plant machines and equipments.• Experience in implementing science, environmental and safety programs. • Check and improve quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
