As a lecturer in VCD, I was responsible for developing and delivering both core and elective courses:Motion Graphics (VCD306) Introduced students to animation principles, enhancing their proficiency in industry-standard software for dynamic visual storytelling via Adobe Afetr Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.Storyboard (VCD217) Guided students in narrative structure and sequential art, focusing on storyboarding techniques used in animation and film.3D Design (VCD318) Offered insights into 3D modeling and visualization, equipping students to create realistic and conceptual designs via Cinema 4D and Blender.Time-Based Media (VCD404) Students collectively formed a projection mapping show for the VCD Department's Annual Exhibition OCULUS II.Graphic Novel Design (VCD331) Each student personally completed 30 pages of Graphic Novels which their own. They built Map Design, Character Design, Story and a complete Graphic Novel for this class.Multimedia Studio (VCD202) Students were instructed about Camera and Multimedia Technologies, post-production and editing techniques via Adobe Premiere Pro.Typography (VCD209) Taught the essentials of typeface selection, design, and its critical role in effective communication.Design Basics (VCD101) Established a foundation in design principles, composition, and creative problem-solving.Digital Illustration (VCD315) Emphasized digital drawing and painting techniques, refining students' illustration skills.Animation Studio (VCD415) Advanced animation techniques, empowering students to craft compelling animated projects.Digital Design (New Media Art) (VCD201) Examined emerging digital art forms and interactive installations, encouraging innovative thinking. Students developed prototypes for their New Media Art Projects.This position honed my expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship, contributing to the growth of the next generation of creative professionals in design
