I’m Working in the Engineering department in this company in Broadcasting Center specifically .This Center responsible for playout , Ingest & Monitoring for all our channels .The main task here is Follow the broadcasting for all the channels, create playlists and mange it using PayBox Technology, also manage the live and the recording for the different TV programs.The others tasks includes Troubleshoot problems found during the shift in the playout servers and the VBN connection and FTP.

I worked at Jasco media city for satellitebroadcasting at programs and marketing department for about 2 years ,I was responsible for marketing andcommunication with the various channels around theworld, in addition to overseeing the editing operationsand adjust television programs.

Answering customer complaints about ADSL failures and other problems , and resolve it or convert it to the responsible department .
