Current• Responsible of conducting component and vehicle level testing in & outside facilities, concept development, performing trade studies, CAD model generation of designs, tolerance analysis, mass analysis, producibility analysis, and electrical interconnect cabling, • Develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practical and consistent with organization objectives• Responsible from DVP, FMEA and other quality documents related the product and/or system with possess an understanding of engineering and drafting job practices, techniques, and standards.• Responsible from managing the issues and changes by coordination with other program teams and suppliers, Integration frequently with inter-organizational personnel and external customers. Represents the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects• Responsible for Total Value Management (TVM) with using analytical skills to determine solutions and resolve problems• Coordinating on time delivery of all program milestones and engineering gateways for Body Exterior according to GPDS guidelines. • Following cost, weight, quality, test planning etc. items’ status from integrator in order to achieve targets & complete program gateway and milestones. Support PMT engineers to achieve these targets. • Ensuring the completion of master sections. Checking sections to achieve production, package, safety & FORD SDS requirements. • Following durability, safety, NVH, aerodynamic, weight, fuel economy etc. targets of Body Engineering at the project. Getting together with related teams to discuss solution options. Inform upper management with the print-outs of these discussions.
