• Own the relationship with enterprise clients (some being Fortune 50 companies) and ensure the successful implementation of the product• Provide onboarding support, training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure client success• Serves as a resource for the Sales team to answer client technical questions during the pre-sales & post-sales processes and run product demos• Identify customer needs, understand how Logiwa can uniquely meet them, and partner with the Product team to bring new features and functionality to the system• Conduct product research and discovery with engineering teams and gather insights from user feedback to iterate on the roadmap and ship better products• Monitor product usage, make recommendations to both customer and product team for improved results• Collaborate with the marketing team on creating compelling, differentiated messaging for new features and for system updates and bring them to customers using email marketing tools• Build deep understanding and empathy of clients, why they come to Logiwa and their journey from before signing up to becoming a regular user

Manages entire implementation by acting in the combined role of Project Manager, Functional Consultant, and Technical Consultant. Activities include, but are not limited to: • Leading project design sessions, understanding and analyzing client business requirements, providing guidance and best practices on optimal configuration options to meet client needs• Configuring the client’s site, testing the software and communicating technical requirements to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the product• Preparing and delivering onsite, face-to-face, group & online training to various levels of the business to suit differing job roles• Troubleshooting software, data, and technical issues reported by customers and designing, modifying and evaluating tools developed to aid the project team• Scheduling, tracking and communicating client implementation milestones and training• Managing multiple and simultaneous projects meeting concurrent deadlines by functioning as a liaison for customers, partners, development team and the sales team• Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and application capabilities, and creating functional requirement documents as an input to application design• Quickly ramping-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for clients• Contributing content to the knowledge base, blog & social sites
