- Executing company transformation methodology within product/support teams
- Actively responsible for designing a systematic approach to build high performing teams and transformation roadmap. Prioritizing steps in order to deliver greater value and responding to teams requirements.
- Working with the leaders in order to create a leadership culture based on corporate values. Assisting the leaders with practices and coaching the teams for the embodiment of values into their way of working.
- Endeavoring with the key roles to shift the mindset of both the team members and the business units.
- Leading agile transformation activities.
