Neol is a platform for creative leaders in business and creativity who are driven to pursue their most meaningful work. At Neol, I design and maintain backend services using Node.js for high performance and scalability. I am currently developing frontend applications with Next.js to ensure seamless user experiences. My responsibilities also involve handling MongoDB to maintain data integrity and speed. Collaborating with the product team, I am implementing new features and improvements while adhering to Neol's coding standards. As a full-stack developer, I troubleshoot and enhance existing systems. I actively participate in code and design reviews, promoting high code quality and innovative solutions. Additionally, I document technical specifications and solutions to facilitate effective communication within the team.

As an apprentice at Lonca, I spent a year immersing myself in the Lonca curriculum to gain a comprehensive understanding of the software development. Through my efforts, I was recognized as the first 'journey' of Lonca and successfully developed a full-stack web application using MongoDB, Express.js, Vue.js, and Node.js.As part of my role at Lonca, I am responsible for evaluating the applications of our apprentices, as well as meeting with the Lonca team regularly to monitor and guide the progress of each apprentice. I also review the side projects of our apprentices, providing feedback, code review and suggestions for improvement. In addition to these responsibilities, I am also continuously looking for ways to improve my own skills, as well as ways to enhance the apprenticeship program and the overall learning experience for our apprentices.
