• Control Cosmos/Ecocert certification process • Give daily tasks to R&D assistant and check the daily task completion• Liaise with clients to create their briefs, lead them to in new product development process, demonstrate samples to them, and follow up their feedback and their needs • Oversaw the complete product development lifecycle from concept through production, including sampling, following up the feedback, determining the changes needed to meet the deadline, conducting stability tests, and creating process flows, and implementing scale up productions• Observe quality control procedures and help creating new test methods for determining the specifications

Responsibilities:• Researched and analyzed all properties,stability issues and scaling up the formulation of different personal care and home care products as a project manager.• Recording any data or information according to the project as a leader and updating data according to the meetings with project team.• Conducting the continuous improvement studies for existing products (equivalent raw materials, cost reduction, product performance and process). • Updated and maintained test records, product details and other related technical documentation.• Sought and maintained latest information regarding cosmetic research field and trends.• Interpreted and complied with domestic and international product-related regulations and documentation rules. • Develop process flows for operational procedures of new products, based on provided guidelines• Answering the customer complaints and analyze the root cause of the problem.

Responsibilities:• Proceeding the R&D work for cosmetic products packaging and checking the compability between the finished product and the packaging. • Conducting the continuous improvement studies for existing products and proceses.• In accordance to the demands of the marketing and sales departments and researchs conducted in R&D department, reviewing the package and design new packages with different designs.• Following up and implementation of legal regulations for home and personal care products.• Devoloping new methods for quality control• Helping the cosmetic scientist to scale up the formulation
