In 2010, I started my career in Human Resources department with Tesco Kipa. In my career, which I started as a Human Resources Staff at Tesco Kipa, I had the opportunity to work in all HR functions such as training, recruitment, performance evaluation, budget management, industrial relations, payroll. After a certain period of time, I was promoted to HR Chief. After the promotion process, I continued to work as responsible for 2 stores. In this process, I gained experience in team management and multi-store management.Since I entered the business during the opening period of the Adapazarı store, I also gained store opening experience.
