Follow up and develop international partners, strategy development and implementation, development and follow-up of relevant KPIs for performance management. Responsible for customer portfolio for the education and corporate market in Norway and internationally.

The talent hunt is a competition for those students with extra commitment, drive and creativity. In collaboration with business actors such as E24 and Manpower, we want to cultivate the best ambassadors for Norway's regions. We believe it is the local creativity that will make Norway an international winner!

Supervision and planning of public seminars in collaboration with organizers (organizations and companies) in the region. Responsible for the budget and liquidity management, reporting, and maintaining the local network of organizations. As part of the position, I also worked as a Lecturer for the UN Association of Norway, where I gave lectures on climate policy and sustainability for schools in the region.

UArctic is a collaboration of Arctic universities and tied to the Arctic council. As ambassador at UArctic I represented my university at Arctic forums, worked in close collaboration with the university management. Managed Social media for the organization, held lectures and seminars, and was part of a network of student ambassadors from around the world.
