Mervin A. Francis is an efficient Auto-Cad Operator/ Architectural Draftsman at Galloway and Associates, a leading Architectural/Engineering firm in Montserrat. He received his latter secondary education at Montserrat Secondary School after which he was placed on a stint of industrial attachment in the Architecture department of the Ministry of Communications and Works where he was introduced to the Computer Aided Design software. His exemplarary performance coupled with the initiative and competence he demonstrated made it pellucid that he possessed the ingredients of a prospective architect. He was subsequently offered employment at Galloway and Associates as an Architectural Draftsman where training and exposure have moulded him into a great promise to the Architectural community. His efficiency and Competence have made him an asset to the aforesaid company as this could be highlighted by his invaluable contribution in the ongoing preparation of construction documents for a Multi Purpose Culture Centre and The Proposed Gas Station and Mini-Mart at St Peters which is currently under construction. He has also prepared construction documents for a number of commercial and residential buildings in the Caribbean.
