After the successful establishment of a new PMO at VMIA I successfully transitioned my PMO Manager role to a senior project manager within the PMO team. Initially I lead a small expert internal team of stakeholders to develop a 3 year Medical Indemnity strategy and delivery road-map for VMIA Board endorsement. This was considered the lead program of work at VMIA at that time with budget of over $2m per year. On Board endorsement I led the delivery of a complex range of meaningful projects and initiatives that positively impacted Victorian's using our state's public hospital services.

I am together with HALT founder designing, securing appropriate funding and implementing the orderly expansion of HALT's grassroots mental health awareness program nationally over the next 18 months. I have recent completed the program management of the HALT program rollout across Mornington Peninsula in conjunction with local Primary Health Network, HALT and service providers through a wide range of local events to address a significant needs in the local tradie community. The impact of the work HALT and our partner work has been doing has been immediate, community focused with lives have already been saved and local community positively changed.
